As a founder of ExamWorks, he twice served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development—first when ExamWorks was public (NYSE: EXAM) in 2010 and again as a private corporation in 2024—successfully securing contracts and consistently meeting sales targets.

For the past decade, he has led J. Addonizio & Company, LLC, offering consulting in business strategy, sales, CEO coaching, funding, and insurance.
